• Practice at home when baby isn’t hungry so you don’t feel stressed or rushed
• Release the strap on side you’re going to feed from and if necessary undo back clip and slightly lower the waistbelt to position baby
• Wear tops with a stretchy neckline 
• Always stay vigilant while baby is breastfeeding
• Make sure to reposition baby in a correct position (close enough to kiss)  immediately after breastfeeding and be careful to not overtighten the carrier
