Ella's Kitchen Stage 1 Carrots, Apples & Parsnips is suitable for vegetarians. It contains only (100% organic of course) the yummy ingredients mentioned, along with a dash or organic lemon juice concentrate. 

There's no added sugar, salt or water. There are no additives or thickeners. No E numbers, or GM ingredients. No gluten, wheat, dairy or lactose. There aren't even any lumps or bits! There is some naturally occuring sugar.

Ella's Kitchen Pureed Fruits are just yummy, organic food for toddlers. They can be squeezed into a bowl, or straight onto a spoon. To warm, stand the pouch in hot water (it's nto suitable for the microwave).
